Delete your
Tether Cam account
Account deletion is permanent. It removes your sign-in and account data. Recordings retained on a Hub at your instruction remain under that Hub’s local ownership.
Use the app when possible
- Open Tether Cam and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Connect to the Recording Hub holding your account’s recordings.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the warning, complete biometric verification, and choose whether the connected Hub deletes recordings or retains them under local Hub ownership.
Cannot access the app?
Email hello@lucivanta.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Tether Cam account deletion request” in the subject. Do not send passwords, pairing codes, recording content, or recovery keys by email.
Important note about offline Hubs
If a Recording Hub is offline, retired, or inaccessible, it cannot receive an immediate deletion command. Delete recordings directly on that Hub when it becomes available. See the Privacy Policy for the current retention details.
